the rules

Pick 4 games. You must designate 1 as your confidence pick, this pick is worth 2 points.
The other 3 games are worth 1 point for a possible total of 5 points for the week. 

You must beat the spread for full points
A push is worth a half point for all picks, yes even the confidence pick!

We use the Sheridan odds posted on Wednesday from usatoday.com (http://www.usatoday.com/
sports/gaming/sheridan.htm)

The lines will be posted on p4 every Wednesday by 10am

If you pick a Thursday night game you must submit that pick by Thursday at Noon. You may submit your other 3 picks by the Friday deadline.

For the Thanksgiving Day games you must pick 1 game

Your picks must be submitted via the form on p4 by Friday at 8pm. This is a hard deadline! The form will not accept your picks after 8pm. Exceptions must be cleared by me prior to the deadline. 

I will NOT send out reminders this year. If I do not receive your picks by Friday at 8pm you are SOL as I will be sending out the spreadsheet on Friday Night. 

We will pay out the top 3 finishers. In the event of a tie the payout will be combined and split out. 

For example:
1st Place 50pts
Ed
Jay
3rd place 45 pts
Eric

The first and second place payout would be combined and split between Ed and Jay. Eric would receive the 3rd place payout. 

Additionally we will have a weekly payout pool. The rules are simple. Go perfect with your picks, you win the pool. If multiple people go perfect the pool is split. If no one goes perfect the money carries over to the following week. The one exception to this is week 17, if there is no winner week 17's money will go to the winner of the regular season.
